Merge two pictures into one, using different techniques.

What were some of the challenges you faced during this project?

Selecting certain parts of the pictures, finding good pictures to use

One of the requirements for the Double Exposure and the Duo-Tone project was to remove the backgrounds of your images. What tools or techniques did you use to remove it?Were there some tools or techniques that worked better for you than others?

I just used the quick selection tool then copied and pasted the faces onto a new layer.

What are the advantages of using a Layer Mask to create the effect?

You can control what you put into your project.

For the Duo-Tone, you had to experiment with mixing Channels and Background colors. Did you try something different with your background like a Gradient?

I didn’t try the gradient.
